Kinda a huge fan of this cardigan! The oatmeal colored fabric is stretchy, gauzy, and lightweight, and is so perfect going into spring and summer. I am also a sucker for sweaters that I can wear year round by easily adding a layer for those cooler months. The open front cardigan has no closures, but can be tied at the bottom to add some shape, depending on your outfit. It has a raglan shoulder, so no shoulder seam, which can broaden you if you are busty, but you can slim it by wearing something a little more fitted underneath to give a good silhouette. I also appreciate that this isn't too long and won't make us shorter gals look shorter than we already are. The ruffle on the sleeve is about 3" wide and has ribbing in it, which is different that the fabric of the body. This is a trendy added detail that is easy to dress up or down. Even though this cardi has a ruffle, which would usually be categorized as more feminine, it looks great paired back to an edgy tee and ripped up jean. I really thing that all body types should be allowed to enjoy a good cardigan. Apples, because of the ruffled sleeve and raglan shoulder seam, this will make you look more broad. You can make it work by layering something underneath that is ruched and more fitted, or more fitted with a print. All body types can layer with a dress. tee, or blouse, and any style bottom.
