I know not everyone is a fan of the boxy style, but I am, and this new top has become a fast favorite in my closet. The light tan-ish/khaki fabric is stretchy, and soft, and has black stripes woven in. The fabric is a nice durable fabric, great quality, and even though it's already boxy, it doesn't stretch out more as you wear it, this is always a sign of good quality. The sleeve is full, and I love how it hits at the elbow, a hard thing to find in a trend shirt. A detail you can't see in the pics is that all the edges are raw, so they flip a little at the ends. The hem is a high low, which is slimming and elongates, and the sides have slits. This top definitely needs to go back to slim bottom to help balance out the boxiness of the top and still give you some shape. This is a great style for all body types! Keep in mind that a top like this won't necessarily be flattering, it's not made for that. It is long enough to cover the lower tummy, and the boxiness will help balance out the lower body for Pears, and hide the tummy for Apples. All body types should pair it back with a slim bottom to create balance in your shape.
