By now you must know that we are loving the mid-century tie-front style, and this cute blouse is no exception. The fabric is a woven, with no stretch, not a cotton either, but a much nicer, durable, blend. The white background makes the charcoal and mustard stripes pop. The raglan sleeve is a great length, and in true raglan style it is a little fuller, adding to the boxy look. I love the lapel on the collar, it opens up the v on the neckline, very flattering and slimming. Buttons all the way down the front, with a front-tie closure. The over all fit is pretty boxy and a little short, but it looks darling with a high-rise skinny, staying in true 60's form. Check out our 3-Ways-to-Wear to get some styling ideas!

Although this shorter style is harder to pull off for some, I think with the right bottom it can work on all body types. Rectangles and Hourglass's, definitely pair this blouse back to a skinny bottom to maintain shape. Pears, a slim or straight jean will give you balance and not draw attention to your bottom half. Apples, a high-waist trouser style bottom will hide your lower tummy.
